This mini project was to paint a fruit in watercolor. I decided to pick a banana to challenge myself a little to get those darker yellow values in the shading of the banana. On the base of the stem and on the end of the banana I added in a little bit of blue to make the dark shading in the picture I had on the banana. I added on the brown spots after the yellow had dried and lightened up the spots by rubbing them with water and a paintbrush. Overall I am very proud of it and I think I did a good job on this piece.

This was the value chart for watercolor paint before starting the watercolor projects. I started with the darkest and lightest. After the lightest I gradually added more color to the paint to get up to the darkest value.
This is a work in progress of a drawing of blueberries. This is my first hyper realistic drawing of fruit. It's fun and entertaining trying to find different ways to make certain colors the same as in the drawing. I like the challenge of drawing a fruit so realistic and how soothing it is to see the colors finally blending.
This was my first time working with prismacolors and I had a lot of fun. They are very smooth and easy to work with, and they blend very nicely. I think I did a good job on blending out the colors evenly, although it was easy colors to blend because they are so similar.
This is a work in progress piece of four drawings I am doing of a landscape with a tree, an animal, a street view, and a hand. I am proud of the tree in a landscape with the point of view and all of the shading. The street view could have a lot more work done on it in the viewpoint and my drawing ability in general. The hand is a work in progress right now and the animal drawing has not been done yet
